Next Trip: New Zealand
A few months ago, I did a work about the heritage of a country that we would like to visit. And the truth is, I didn't know which country to choose, because I would like to visit many countries to know the different cultures, landscapes and the curiosities of each place. Finally, I chose New Zealand because I would love to photograph its beautiful landscapes, its diversity of animals and, of course, New Zealand society.
As I was saying, thanks to this work I learned a lot about this country. Actually, one of the things I didn't know is that it's divided into two larges and narrow islands: North and South Islands. In addition, it has almost 5 million inhabitants and this corresponds to 5% of the living population of the country, the rest are animals!
Also, I learned about its wonderful and impressive landscapes. One of them are the Waitomo Caves located on the North Island. These caves are home to thousands of fireflies, which in their larval state have the ability to shine and give the sensation of a starry night. It's really beautiful and I'm sure it would be an incredible experience. I need to go and photograph this!!
Another amazing place is Lake Tekapo located on the South Island. They say that this lake is the dream of every photographer because its water is an impresive deep blue color and there is the oldest church in New Zealand (but this one cannot be photographed inside, unfortunabely :c). But the lake's crystal clear water and the mountains already make this a spectacular landscape both day and night!
